Job description
Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for our Webster, NY store to drive top-line sales and lead a high‑performing team. The GM directs store operations, talent development, and procedural excellence to ensure superior guest experiences and financial performance.
The role requires 3–5+ years in fast‑paced retail management, strong leadership, and a focus on profitability, inventory control, and service culture. Full‑time position with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
