Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and drive profitable sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development.
You will coach the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and align store execution with brand vision. The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, a college degree or equivalent, strong results orientation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
