Job description
Thorntons LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock shopping experience. The GM will drive performance, food safety, and financial results through the Plan to Win Strategy while fostering a zero-incident safety culture and strong team development.
The role requires multi-faceted leadership, store-operations oversight, P&L accountability, and the ability to train and coach Team Members to achieve targets.
