Job description
Jersey Mike's Subs Germantown is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and ensure quality standards across all shifts.
You will oversee store sales, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and health/safety compliance while mentoring team members and upholding Jersey Mike's service culture.
This hands-on leader role requires strong communication, adaptability in fast-paced settings, and participation in Jersey Mike's training programs.
