Job description
Thorntons LLC is seeking a General Manager in Ohio to oversee all store operations, ensuring a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock shopping experience. The GM will drive performance targets, manage the Plan to Win strategy, and lead a trained team with a strong safety culture and standard of guest service.
The role requires 3+ years of single-unit retail/food & beverage management, strong leadership, and a focus on financial performance, inventory control, and staff development.
