Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee in Thornton, CO seeks a General Manager to lead all store operations with energy, accountability, and a passion for guest experience. This hands-on, people-focused leader drives daily profitability and builds a strong team culture across shifts.
You will coach, onboard, and train staff; manage schedules and labor; oversee inventory and waste reduction; ensure food safety; and communicate clearly with leadership to uphold Ziggi’s mission.
