Job description
Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team in Kansas City. You will translate brand vision into in-store actions, drive sales growth, and manage merchandising, operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
You will coach and develop employees, optimize scheduling and budgets, and ensure compliance with all standards. A college degree and 3–5 years of retail leadership are preferred to join our family-oriented culture.
