Job description
Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager in Anoka, MN to lead store performance and guest experiences. You will drive sales, manage staffing, budgets and operations, while coaching a high-performing team to uphold our values and standards.
You will oversee safety, policy compliance, and inventory controls, focusing on continuous improvement and excellent guest service. This role requires 18+ with full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
