Job description
Caribou Coffee in Greensboro, NC seeks a General Manager who leads store culture, sets direction, and drives guest and team experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, responsible for engagement, execution of goals, and accountability, aligning with Core Values daily.
You’ll maximize sales, manage P&L, recruit and develop staff, ensure safety and quality, and coach for continuous improvement while delivering a day-making experience that reflects the Caribou purpose.
