Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager for our Highland Village, TX location. You will lead your store team to deliver a profitable business plan, meeting or exceeding key metrics, and translate brand vision into in-store action.
You will coach behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive sales growth across operations, merchandising, product operations and talent development. You will analyze results, forecast, schedule, manage budgets and build strong teams.
