Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Massachusetts to lead a store team to achieve a profitable business plan and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll align brand vision with store operations, merchandising, and talent development to drive profitable sales growth.
You will coach teams, manage the P&L, forecast and schedule, enforce SOPs, promote inclusivity, and build community engagement while ensuring compliance and Omni channel excellence.
