Job description
Better Buzz Coffee Company is seeking a General Manager for our Brand New San Marcos location in California. The GM will lead a cafe team, deliver brand-defining guest experiences, and drive profitable operations with a focus on people development and KPI achievement.
The role requires 3 years of GM experience in high-volume environments, open availability, and a 45-hour work week. Compensation is $32.00-$35.00/hour with a potential monthly bonus and an annualized pay range around $79k-$86k.
