Job description
Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager in New York to lead guest experience and drive top-line results. You will coach your team, mentor an Assistant General Manager, and uphold operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
You will build a high-performing sales force, implement the Every Guest Every Time process, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Leadership calls and training are part of the role.
