Job description
RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead a high-performing store team, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee up to 45 employees, build a culture of excellence, and develop strategic plans that ensure operational success.
You will recruit, coach, and mentor staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold safety standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
