Job description
RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy store, oversee up to 45 employees, and drive profitability while delivering a guest-focused experience. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, analyze sales and labor data, manage inventory and expenses, and ensure safety and quality standards.
