Princess Polly in New York is seeking a Retail Store Keyleader to drive team performance, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment.
You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, lead by example, mentor associates, and ensure sales targets are met while maintaining visual standards and operational efficiency. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected as part of this leadership role.
