Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service, supervising the sales floor, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will lead team members on customer service programs and assist in staffing, training, and performance coaching to drive results.
