Job description
Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service in our store. You will manage daily operations, uphold standards, and support the Store Manager in scheduling, training, and visuals.
Responsibilities include leading staff, resolving issues, managing inventory and cash, and delivering a friendly, inclusive shopping experience that aligns with Lids' brand and goals. You will report to the Store Manager.
