Job description
Sally Beauty in New York is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all operations, develop associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while upholding brand standards. You will lead a team and handle scheduling, inventory, and daily store activities to drive sales and KPI achievement.
Responsibilities include ensuring omnichannel fulfillment, proper payroll/scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and adherence to safety and loss-prevention policies.
