Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in various operational aspects including sales and customer service. You will be responsible for leading team members during the Store Manager's absence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will assist in hiring and training team members, manage inventory and store processes, and perform opening and closing duties.
