Job description
Cosmo Prof in Greenville, NC seeks an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, drive sales, and maintain brand standards. You will support the Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling and daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-store and omni-channel channels.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of retail or customer service experience, prior leadership, strong communication, and scheduling flexibility.
