Job description
Dark Matter Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for the Adios Amigos NYC location. You will lead a team of baristas to deliver excellent customer service, coach daily, and manage training programs while coordinating shifts and store operations.
You will partner with the District Manager and ASM for hiring, disciplinary actions, and initiatives to improve store performance. The role includes managing inventory, compliance, and community partnerships to sustain growth.
