Job description
Dollar General in Alabama seeks an experienced store manager to lead all store operations, staffing, ordering, receiving, stocking, and customer service. You will train employees, conduct evaluations, monitor performance, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a safe, well-organized store.
Additionally, you will oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and daily reporting to ensure targets are met and the customer experience remains strong.
