Job description
The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Store Manager for the HomeGoods store in Latham, NY to lead a large team and drive sales while maintaining store standards.
You’ll recruit, train, and mentor Associates and Assistant Managers, guiding store operations, merchandising, and customer service. In this role you’ll develop creative sales plans, optimize inventory, and provide insights to leadership on pricing and demographics.
