Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation and selling. You will manage staffing, training, evaluations and counseling, while ensuring policy compliance and store security.
You will regularly open/close the store, monitor performance, inventory, and adherence to safety standards, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
