Job description
Carter’s Inc. in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and be the first face of the brand for growing families.
You’ll coach staff to be brand and product experts, build a welcoming environment, and drive customer-focused sales on the floor. You’ll manage recruitment, develop succession plans, oversee merchandising, payroll and budgets, and use KPIs to raise performance while delivering an omnichannel experience.
