Job description
EZPawn, operated by EZCORP, is seeking a Store Team Leader to coach a team of 3–10+ associates, build customer relationships, and drive profitable pawn and sales transactions. You’ll help create a positive community-facing store environment and lead by example in service excellence.
You will analyze performance data, recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling, pricing, and security, and ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
