Job description
ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Scottsdale, AZ, to act as the Store Manager’s right hand and drive an exceptional store experience. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
As the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager, you will keep operations smooth, motivate staff, and ensure the store reflects the ALDO brand in every detail. This role emphasizes inclusive leadership and hands-on supervision.
