Job description
Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance and deliver a premium customer experience. You will coach, develop, and guide your team to meet company objectives while serving as the face of the store.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving KPIs, managing operations, cash handling, and compliance, and promoting local partnerships and community events. A full-time schedule with some weekend hours is required.
