Job description
Safelite is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations with a focus on delivering quality service and a memorable customer experience. You will oversee opening/closing, staffing, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling and safety, while coaching a mobile workforce to achieve strong KPIs.
The role requires 3+ years of leadership in retail or service centers (automotive preferred) and a valid driver’s license, with a competitive pay and a robust benefits package.
