Carter’s is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for families in Canton, NY. You will lead a team on the sales floor, model strong service standards, and help drive revenue through effective merchandising and KPI-driven actions.

You’ll coach staff, manage schedules, and support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and daily operations. A customer-first mindset and basic computer skills are essential.
