Job description
TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a Store Manager for our Kirkwood, MO location. You will lead store operations, drive sales, manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll analyze merchandising, inventory, and pricing while mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention, and championing an inclusive culture with growth opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.
