Job description
Carlisle Corporation is seeking a General Manager for a Wendy's store in Shreveport, LA. You will execute the store plan to achieve standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits by staffing, training, operating, and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.
You will lead staffing, train personnel, manage budgets, and coordinate with the District Manager to drive sales, cost control, and store performance while ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
