Job description
Dollar General is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee all employees and ensure effective planning and execution of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
Responsibilities include recruiting, training, evaluating performance, setting pay and advancement, enforcing safety and policies, opening/closing, managing inventory, cashier controls, and delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.
