Job description
Ross Stores in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced Store or Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise Associates, drive sales, control expenses, schedule staff, and uphold company standards across all store functions.
This role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong leadership, English fluency, ability to work evenings and weekends, and solid math skills for POS and inventory tasks.
