Job description
Sunglass Hut in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the floor and model the Sunglass Hut Experience. You will coach, develop and inspire the team while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales goals.
You will recruit, train and retain staff, drive the strategic plan to meet financial targets, and ensure brand standards across operations. The ideal candidate will spend most time on the sales floor, build customer relationships, and act as a brand ambassador.
