Job description
Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager role reports to the District Manager. The position leads the sales floor, coaches the team, manages payroll, inventory and visual merchandising, and drives top-line sales with strong customer focus.
Responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, and developing leaders, while ensuring operational standards and brand presentation across the store. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.
