Job description
Cosmo Prof in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
You will lead and develop store associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure brand standards are followed, including merchandising, scheduling and omni-channel fulfillment. This role emphasizes people leadership, process improvement, and safety; prior retail management experience is preferred and a cosmetology license is a plus.
