Job description
Build-A-Bear in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead the Walmart location's workshop and retail teams, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional Guest experience aligned with the Experience First culture.
You will create weekly schedules, hire and promote staff with guidance from the Assistant Workshop Manager, manage payroll, inventories, and ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety requirements.
