Job description
IT’SUGAR is a fast-growing candy retailer seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Minneapolis. You’ll supervise sales, back-of-house, staff coaching, and ensure profitability while upholding our core values and the SUGARTAINMENT engagement model.
You’ll recruit and train Associates, manage staffing, maintain product knowledge, and promote a safe, high-energy environment that delights customers and drives results.
