Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Gig Harbor is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead the team during absences and opposing shifts, coaching staff and ensuring excellent service to retail and professional customers.
Responsibilities include staffing, hiring participation, processing orders, returns, and daily store procedures. A strong emphasis on training, compliance, and customer satisfaction is required.
