Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Store Manager to lead a profitable store operation through customer service, in-stock, and store appearance excellence. This role coaches and develops associates to drive sales, resolves personnel issues, and uses financial and store reports to identify opportunities.
Success requires leading by example, strong communication, and the ability to implement action plans with regular store walks and staff meetings.
