Job description
Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Store Director in the United States to lead store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will translate corporate priorities into store goals, oversee merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and staffing, and lead a large team to achieve financial targets.
You will also build community relationships, ensure compliance with firearms regulations, and travel to support other stores as needed.
