Job description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead our mall store, drive sales, recruit and develop a strong team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll balance operations with a customer-first selling approach and oversee payroll, scheduling, and shrink control.
You will engage customers through social media, clienteling, and timely merchandising launches, while mentoring staff and maintaining a high-energy store environment.
