Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. in Nebraska seeks a seasoned Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment.
You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage stockroom and sales floor, optimize payroll, and uphold safety, loss prevention, and excellent customer service. This role requires evening/weekend availability and reports to the District Manager.
