Job description
Dr. Martens is seeking a store leader to drive exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and uphold brand standards across the Americas. You will coach a team, manage schedules, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering a standout in-store experience.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail management, strong merchandising knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Evening/weekend availability and 5% travel are expected.
