Job description
American Eagle Outfitters in Evansville, IN seeks a Store Team Leader who acts as the CEO of the store, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring adherence to AEO Brand Standards. You will own the business plan, manage the store's daily operations, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will recruit, train, and develop associates, balance the P&L, and implement effective scheduling.
