Job description
Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, drive sales, supervise staff, and oversee collections. You will set goals, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue and growth to ensure a high-performance store.
The role requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
