Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager in the Memphis area to oversee all store operations, staffing, and customer service. You will lead hiring, training, and performance management while ensuring accurate inventory, merchandising standards, and financial integrity.
You will personally open and close the store as required, drive sales, manage cash control, and ensure a safe and compliant shopping environment consistent with company policies.
