Job description
Journeys is a teen retail leader offering footwear, apparel and accessories with a strong community vibe. The role involves recruiting, training and managing store personnel to hit sales goals while protecting company assets. You will coach a team, supervise daily operations, and ensure an engaging customer experience.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
